I had to take my son to the dentist the other day for a silver crown. He usually loves the dentist, but was apprehensive about this appt. for whatever reason. (he has had "sleepy juice" before, so this wasn't a new experience) Anyway, he went back and pretty soon the dental assistant comes out and tells me, "I just have to tell you what D said." My first thought is "oh crud, I hope it wasn't in- appropriate!" She said after the shot Dylan looked up at her and asked, "is the numbing part over?" she told him it was, and he immediately throws his arms in the air and exclaims, "well, thank the Lord!!" She told me she told D that she was pretty sure God said, "your welcome." Phew!, that wasn't so embarrassing after all. =) By the way, D is 8 yrs. old.
