I have a really good book for kids that talks about puberty and sex. It is called "Facing the Facts: the Truth about Sex and You" by Stan and Brenna Jones. It is part of a 4 book series called "Gods Design For Sex" that breaks down the discussion into appropriate age groups. The book I mentioned above is labeled for ages 11 to 14. It discusses puberty nicely in the section labeled "The changes Ahead for Girls". However, you might want to read this section with them and carefully screen the rest of the book as it does get a little involved and does discuss boys puberty changes as well. All in all, it is a really good book, one that I gave my children to read when they were 13-14 with the strict message that they weren't to read about the opposite sex. Hope this helps
