You may have already resolved this but it Sounds like you may need to contact the company and make sure that you have received everything that you paid for. Also, if you don't know Latin, you may consider using the Lesson DVD--one thing about Latin is that there are all kinds of little quirky little tricks that most programs forget to tell you, but that often show up in teaching DVDs.
