Hello, I am a teacher who is also a stay at home mom, trying to get her masters in reading. My current class requires me to organize a book club for young adults who live near the Milwaukie Oregon area. If there is interest I would like to organize a home school book club for grade levels 5-8. Both students and parents would be invited and would be asked to bring a book they would like to study. We would then have everyone present the books and students would vote on which book they would like to study for the month. We would just meet for the month of February for an hour period. My times and days are flexible so if you are interested please email me with your interest (please tell me what dates and times you are available)and I will email you with my address. Depending on which times work best for you I would be willing to provide a meal or snacks. Also, to facilitate discussion I would like to limit the group to 6 students so I will take the first 6 people interested.
