She would be safest to call it "tutoring" because it is illegal to homeschool children outside of their home. And charging for the teaching would go against (morally) what homeschooling is all about. Homeschooling is best left to loved ones not a teacher that pops in everyday. It is a lifestyle it is weaved into every aspect of a childs life. From chores to playtime.
