I just discovered McRuffy last week. It looks great and I'm going to get if for my daughter who is almost 6. The only experience I've had with Singapore is the Earlybird Kindergarten Books 1A and 1B (I still have 2A and 2B and probably won't finish them). I wasn't overly impressed with them. I've read a lot of reviews for McRuffy and it sounds really good. HTH
