My son is gifted in math and did very well with Saxon and we used the Dive Cd, but my daughter struggled with math. We chose to change her to the Teaching Textbooks and now she loves math. In fact, it is one of her favorite subjects. Yes, it is more expensive than other math programs but well worth the money. (for us anyway)
