I wanted to say I've done all three together and am done by 1 or 2 every day. I've heard with Sonlight it takes longer and the parent and kids have gotten tired of all the reading. You can buy MFW packges with all the books for the year and it schedules it for you. MFW is as "projecty" as you want it to be - I usu do one or two a week. But projects "Hands on Learning" is what the kids retain the most.
