Easy Grammar is the best ever, but not as strong on punctuation as I would like. I think the best cure for punctuation mistakes is making them rewrite it correctly. They HATE doing that, seems to cure it overnight. I have not used the Jensen's Punctuation yet, but I'm going to next year. After everything I've looked at, it seems like the best thing to address that issue. You might also look at Critical Thinking Books' Editor in Chief. HTH
