I've only used SL and FIAR, but looked at the other 2. I love SL. It's just reading books that are paired up by history. My kids are 4 years the same ages as yours. I teach to the older one and supplement with a few preschool books. It's working fine so far. When oldest starts Core 5, I'll used Core K for younger one so they can study the same topics and the older one will read some of the younger ones read-alouds.

FIAR is less content and for me, not quite enough content. I used it for pre-K and thought it was good for that purpose. MFW is more projecty (I don't like projects) and you have to track down your own books and don't get readers guides for them (I don't think). You read less books. TOG seems like it takes more planning on your part to decide what to do for your level kids. I really like SL's clear "read this now" so I don't do any planning. I am not using their LA or sci right now, though I may in the future.
