Hello, I am in desperate need of any high school graduation help/tips/input/ideas??

My son is graduating this year and we will be having a small graduation party
for him in a nice park in our town and I am needing any ideas or tips I can
get.
Where is a good place to order a cap and gown and a diploma?
Any ideas on what we can do to make his graduation party a memorable one?
Some fun ideas?
He is a musician(song writer,singer, plays guitar) and his one wish for his
graduation was that he would like to put on a concert. I'm trying to work that
out with maybe having his band play in the park that day.
