Thank you to the ladies who have already responded.. I appreciate your suggestions. I am now curious as to what age is it "necessary" for a student to learn sentence diagramming? Easy Grammar looks great but there is no sentence diagramming. Could we use Easy Grammar and Daily Grams for the next 2 years (through 7th grade) then go back to BJU Writing and Grammar when my oldest reaches 8th grade? BJU W & G is very thorough but at this point it doesn't work well in combining my 3rd and 6th graders.
