As I see it, in order for your high school to provide her with their diploma, they are the ones who need to approve of your curriculum. They might well approve of their own state's virtual online classes or some other online classes. For example, Michigan Virtual High School, Florida Virtual High School, etc. They could approve of K12 or something else -- you would need to ask them. Our school district is open to allowing homeschoolers to "invent" their own class, and they will approve it or not, and then assign credit for it. This could be working in the community or doing something independent. So really, you need to talk to the powers that be at your high school.

I know you weren't asking for online classes . . . but you could work with her on these, using their material and tests as your spine. You could even work with her on her test-taking skills this way, showing her how to do process of elimination and read what the question is really asking . .
