No matter which curriculum you ultimately choose, just a reminder that most colleges want to see 2-3 years of the same language on a high school transcript, or they will require your student to take more language classes to meet that requirement in college.

Nothing beats a foreign language course that includes actually talking with a native speaking person, so I encourage you to try and incorporate that into whatever curriculum you wind up using. Good luck!
