if she wants to be a housewife, spending money on a for-profit online college degree is a total waste of time and money. I'd strongly suggest looking into area adult-ed and community college programs in medical transcription, medical billing and coding, cosmetology, home-based online marketing, and similar work-at-home possibilities that she will have as a backup source of income should she ever need it, without having to invest too much in an education she'll never use.
