This is an easy question. BJU is MUCH easier to manage. You have a student book and a student test book, the teacher's editions and the test key. In the A Beka, you have the student book, the quiz book, the test book, the workbook, the teacher's key, the quiz key, the test key, the full solutions book and the curriculum guide. In the BJU teacher's edition, they have the schedule, the intro to the lessons, common mistakes, teaching guidance, the answers with full solutions and when to give the tests/quizzes - which are on one pad and the answers are on one book. I love that all of it is easy to get to without massive pieces to keep up with. The book is crisp and clear, enough color and flash to not seem boring. The assignments are reasonable, and the amount of teacher interaction is only a few minutes a day.
