by John Notgrass. After completing Volume 1, we used the REA study guide to review for the US History 1 CLEP test. Then we did Exploring Government, again using the REA guide to review after the course. There is a lot of overlap on these 2 CLEPs, so it was a good strategy for us. Then we completed Volume 2 of Exp. Am. Hist, but didn't try for the US History 2 CLEP. This is a good way to complete the high school requirements and earn college credits at the same time ;-)
