I need a good lit. program that actually teaches. For either 10th or 11th grade (although most 11th grade lit is am.lit and he has already done that. we're saving brit. lit. for senior yr.) He is not a big fan of reading, although he is a strong reader. I've used one Progeny Press guide, but it was for a jr. high level book, so not sure what High school level is like. I didn't feel like it did a very good job at teaching literary concepts. He thinks he would prefer more of a textbook approach... any thoughts/suggestions/opinions are welcome!
