I have a typical reluctant writer, my 15 yo son. He will be a soph. Anyone have any opinions about either Wordsmith or the book "Writing for 100 Days"? I have not laid eyes on the Wordsmith series but have seen the other. I just can't make my mind up. I want him to learn the how and why behind the different types of writing and then be able to put into practice what he's learned. Help??
