We used Saxon Advanced Math with DIVE and my children were very well prepared for calculus - my son went into engineering, and he's taken additional math and has still done well. We used one supplement that my children just LOVED! It was the Teaching Company Course called "Calculus Made Clear." My kids thought it was great, we watched it beginning in pre-calc. It gives and explanation about calculus, but there is hardly any numbers involved, it's all conceptual. I thought it really helped to take away the fear of calculus. My kids have watched it over and over again.
