New teen homeschoolers can be challenging. I would first figure out where she is in math & find a solid program at her level. I wouldn't give her so much power that you switch programs every time she complains. Then I'd get her a suitable novel to get reading. Maybe use a free study guide with it, such as one of these: http://www.ntc-school.com/sec/literature/litlibrary/ Once she gets going on those 2 basics, then you can take some time to figure out what your goals are and how to meet those goals.
