Subject:         anyone used VideoText?

After trying Teaching Textbooks first for my daughter, we are now using VideoText Interactive for Algebra. It follows a non-traditional plan of going through the entire body of Algebra over 2-3 consecutive years rather than split it with geometry. This curriculum is such a better fit for my daughter, but I am not sure how it fits in with crediting it for a transcript. She is in 8th grade now, and should complete the Algebra course in 9th to 10th (just in case the second half takes longer than the 9th grade year) My plan was to have her cmplete Algebra in 9th, and do Geometry in 10th. We have the flexibility of continuing the second half of the Algebra into 10th grade if we need to. In that case she would do geometry in 11th. After that, she would probably do a consumer math, or we might try trig...though she is not math-minded, and would be just as pleased to stop math completely. Does anyone have any advice or tips for us? Anyone else used the VideoText Algebra and on to the Geometry and beyond to college? Advice on how to credit it to the transcript?
