You have had a lot to care for these past years. It can take a while to come out of the fog of the stress and get back to a "normal" routine. Know what you accomplish is still much more than you would get done in most ps's. Plan some afternoons to take off as a reward for getting so much work done. Your family needs it. They will allow some time to laugh and relax and appreciate the freedom to even do a day off. (surgery and chemo don't)

After that, here are a couple ideas:

Continue with Saxon-go right into Alg. I when you finish with 1/2

Consider IEW for writing-try to find it used

Easy Grammar/DG work well with IEW ( I do it verbal in a few minutes daily with ds-goal is to learn-not take up a ton of time)

finish Biology or move onto Chemistry next year

Streams of Civilization should work or use the next BJU for history
