Hi Julie, It's not too likely they're shut down.. the website is still up and running! How long ago did you get the code for the Psych notes? Maybe David & Laurie are away? Have you tried sending a note to the address that you had sent your payment to, perhaps with a copy of your cancelled check? Hope this helps.
