It would make absolute sense that when boys start to grow into being young men, they may be rebelling against mommy's apron strings. My son is starting that noise too. I am considering having him do some of his subjects with his uncle on the weekends. I've told him the alternative is -not public school- an all-boys school run by the Christian Brothers. Those bros are tough. He won't get away with a thing there. So, we'll see how things go.
