We used the Teaching Textbooks curriculum and really liked it. It is a course that has CD instruction that is very plain to understand. Even the textbook had very plain instruction. It does have proofs but not alot of constructions. There are solution CD's for every problem as well as for the tests. It is expensive but we thought it was worth it. Here is a link to the website:
