Integrated Chemistry and Physics this year with my 9th grade son. It's suppose to be a 2 year course, but he's easily doing 2 lessons a day, so he'll likely get done sooner. He's just finished his second week, but he seems to really like it and it's totally self-directed. The same company just came out with Biology this year, too.
