I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the Great Books Academy curriculum. You have a lot of flexibility in pacing and reading. The math and science portions are actually interesting because because kids "derive" the math rather than "here, learn this by rote". Primary sources are part of the program, which means it's never dry, even the history! The literature selections are excellent and varied. You do not have to be on the same level in each subject; she could go slower in math if she needs to. And I'd have to check the accreditation by state, but I am pretty sure it's accredited everywhere - and it's well respected by colleges. There is online tutoring support available and there is an optional online seminar with one's classmates around the globe, if desired. My kids really enjoy that.
