Rainbow Resource and Christian Book Distributors sell a study guide by Maureen Bradley. You can see the Table of Contents and sample chapter at the CBD website. For a full year's study, see "The Christian Adventure" put out by Positive Action for Christ. It is very in-depth, maybe more than most people will want, so you can pick and choose parts to do. I did a fair amount of the curriculum with my older son, but it become too tedious after a while. So he just read it and we discussed it. My younger son was so familiar with the story by the time he got to it, that I just had him read the unabridged version.
