you might be able to call or email the Notgrass company and ask which particular speeches and documents are in the booklets so that you could look them up on your own. You might even be able to find some of them online somewhere? However, it might be kind of time-consuming to find all of them????? I would think that if you could find the document and speeches books on the used market, it might be worth it. I don't know what the American Voices book is so I can't comment on that. I do know that I emailed the company once with a question and got a response in a reasonable time period.
