the test book has review questions, unit quizzes (10 questions each), and quarterly exams (look to be all multiple choice), all with answers provided. So, unless you want to make up your own tests, I'd recommend getting the test book (plus, I think this curriculum would have good resale value, and others would probably want the test book to go along with the text).
