I live in a state where the public schools still teach driver's ed. There is no type of like state thing where all new driver's go. The schools here are unfriendly toward homeschoolers and will not let them attend for just one class. I've called my insurance agent several times about ideas for a home-study driver's ed program that they will recognize for a discount. They are not answering me. I even went in person a couple times. And the person in charge of "teen drivers" wasn't in. Do any of you know of a home based program that insurance companies will recognize?
