Subject:	Apologia Science... how helpful is the companion CD?

I did not order the CD, and I'm wondering how much it helps before I do. I will be using Biology, Chemistry, and General Science courses (yes, all in the same year--3 kids, 3 different grades---HELP!)

Also, has anyone found it necessary to use any of the lesson plans that are available online?
