Do you prefer Christian or secular curricula? Also, what level of math are you looking for?
For 9th and 10th graders, you might be able to do their English, foreign language, and history together since it doesn't matter which order you study some of the high school history courses in, or, possibly, which literature books they read at which level (depending on their reading levels and compostional skills). Depending on their math backgrounds, you may or may not be able to do their science courses together. My general recommendation would be to do as many of their courses together as possible, if they are on about the same level of reading ability, etc.
If you can answer about their math levels and the Christian vs. secular curriculum, we could help you better with specific program suggestions.
What credits have they already earned for this year? Will you be trying to finish out courses they have already started this year? Also, are you familiar with your state's hs laws?
