Welcome to AshleysAttic .. I have enjoyed sewing for the families at Vegsource now for over 10 years as one of the original dealers. All seams are serged and ribbons fraychecked to give you a long lasting and heirloom product.

I started making Historical outfits when teaching at our local Co-op American Girl and Little House classes. You could see how much the girls enjoyed dressing up the last week of the class for the party and remembered what they acted out
in history the most. It is my desire to give you that experience with your children.

Samantha's Taffeta Birthday dress and white cotton lacy pinafore .. made in pink taffeta.. with very puffy short sleeves cuffed and trimmed in lace.. mock collar.. with white cotton pinafore with tucked and lace trimmed center.. tie back.. Taffeta clip hair bow included.. ( Currently available in Pink Taffeta or Pink Cotton ) sorry I have yet to find pink stripe taffeta like the original.. You may also choose any other color taffeta or solid cotton comes in ..

Insurance and DC are extra and optional but I would recommend at least insurance to protect your investment.

History of Ashleysplaymates now called Ashley's Attic : My dd is my only child .. (now 17 ) and her name is Ashley .. often times when she got lonely her dolls became her
Playmates thus the name Ashleysplaymates... I started out 16 years ago sewing doll clothes, drapes, and alterations so I could stay at home and still bring in
extra money for my family.. with a few extra lessons in heirloom sewing , and dealing with antique clothes .. I built the doll business.. as we started to Homeschool
When Ashley was in 4th grade .. I taught at the local co-op teaching the American girl/ Little House classes with several other ladies.. I noticed the girls really
enjoying the last week of the sessions when we dresses up.. in that period.. that started the Historical outfits.. and it has grown since then..
I still do several outfits a year .. for antique dolls from a local doll shop.. or word of mouth.. where I take apart clothes and remake them to the doll.. I have to admit
I prefer sewing for Little girls .. .. the emails I get back from my customers are
