The 9 DVDs are scratch free and has not been used, but the workbook which I purchase separately, is used and written on but all the pages are there. Thanks so much. Media mail shipping and tracking is FREE with the price but insurance is extra at $2.75. I highly recommend insurance as I personally had experience both as a seller and as a buyer where the package was damaged. Even worse, the package lost its contents and the post office could not match the contents to the box. Lyn
