Hello: a)not MAC compatable All else is the same. My copy has 4-5 teachers notes I wrote on some difficult lessons, highlighter scribble inside front cover, 1 torn & repaired page, and lesson #78 5 problems were answered in book (repaired w/ whiteout). Thanks, Sandy

This is a first edition copy-
2 differences from newer edition:
b)teacher cannot edit gradebook.
