(missing 2 -- pages 37 & 71) (This is a packet that you can punch holes in to put in a binder if you wish. It is gummed on the left side to form a binder like you might find on a tablet of writing paper. This gum binder can be peeled off and removed if you would like. Because of this temporary type of binding, it has come apart in two sections, but is still very usable.)
