I thought it might have been a fraud because the seller asked me to pay with paypal using service rather than goods option. And since I didn't hear back from her since the day after I paid for them I was concerned. Turns out she shipped them 3 days later so they arrived later than I expected. Still no communication from her, I hope everything is ok with the seller.
