Anyone in Lexington,KY Area?? Relocation Dilemma-need feedback ASAP

I'm not sure if this will happen yet, but we live in SC and have been in the Carolinas all our life. I've homeschooled in SC for 11 years now. If my family has to move to KY most likely to or near Lexington, how difficult is it to homeschool in KY or are there counties I should stay away from? Also, we are accustomed to having classes available to us for highschool coursework. We also have elementary and middle school co-ops. Is this going to shatter my homeschool world as I know it here in SC? Also, what are the larger cities or areas that would have the most opportunities education-wise and social and also shopping malls, etc. My oldest daughter wants to go for Nursing or Dental Hygiene at the community college and will be graduating this year. So we will be facing the "out of state" tuition dilemma!!! Help!! She can't wait a year to establish residency to start college. Thanks for your feedback. Greatly appreciated!!
