Horizons gets so repetitive with little new learned by grade 5 that I would not do it then. By Harcourt, I am assuming you are referring to the program used by the public schools and not flashkids? I would say no to that too. MUS would be your best choice amongst those you picked.

If you chose to switch to Singapore Math, don't be upset over the level she places in to. When level 6 is complete, she will be ready for Algebra 1. Algebra 1 is done, usually, in 9th grade. So, if she completes level 6 by the end of 8th grade, she will be right on track. If she finishes it before then, she will be ahead. My 7th grader is in the accelerated track at public school but when I tested him, he would need to do 5A. You can really do more than 2 "semesters" worth in a year because the lessons are short and it breaks down to only maybe 120 lessons/assignments a year. Some will be review and she will go thrugh it quickly (it will be review due to being on a different scope and sequence) and some will be very hard and she will go through it more slowly. It might also help to get the computer games for it. I have not tried them, but heard they are good.

Teaching Textbooks looks very good and they have the lower grade level programs now. You might want to consider that one too. I am considering it.
