We used it last year with our 6th grader and 8th grader. So, with the two of them and me, there were 3 of us for discussions. Sometimes they were ratherly lively, but it was difficult at times to get them thinking. Others in the group would have been great! Overall, the program was difficult. We skipped some books, but it is a great program. We feel our children greatly benefitted from it. We are glad we used it!!! Requires the children to really think and form opinions....makes mommies think, too!
