I have used part of it on and off for my Kindergartener and like it. I think the phonograms are great. I had tried to work my way through the Writing Road to Reading and just couldn't get it, although I liked the concept. The Phonics Road has helped me to understand HOW to do the Writing Road to Reading. I'm considering having my 8th grader go back thru the program at an advanced rate because he is an absolutely dreadful speller. Of course, what I told him is that he should learn it so he can master the program and tutor other homeschool little kids... !!!
