I know it has been more than a month since you wrote this post, but I want to tell you a funny story.
Several years ago when I worked at our church's pre-school the the Pastor insisted that the 2-3 yr old class learn some Hymns. "He Arose" was one of the songs. One day the teacher asked the kids what they had been singing about. They had talked about the words to the Hymn the day or two prior and one little boy (Youth Pastor's son) jumps up and says "Layin in the gravey"
This little guy was dead serious. He thought .....""Low in the grave He lay, Jesus my Saviour" Was "Low in the gravey lay" The teacher was so shocked. She could not keep her composure. She asked the assistant to take the class and came bursting into the school office with what she had just heard. Needless to say she was real careful to really explain the words better after that.
