I have used Artes Latinae, Latin Primer by Canon Press, Wheelock, and now Latin for Children by Classical Academia Press. I have not used Artes Latinae for many years but remember following their book with the audio tapes. I think there was a teacher's manual but no lesson plans; seem to remember it wasn't necessary. This was with my two older children who are 21 and 18 now; they were in 7G when I started. Didn't keep Latin up I am sorry to say. Have two younger children (7G and 4G) and have them in Latin for Children this year due to a suggestion from the Latin teacher at Veritas Academy in PA. Suppose to cover more in the long run and fun to do.
