The program is quite ordered. The student just goes through it (the CDROM program will even bookmark the place reached). My daughter would just work on it until she was ready to move on to another subject or had reached a logical stopping point for the day.

The lessons themselves vary in terms of how long it takes to go through them (with earlier lessons generally faster and later lessons getting longer and longer). So I think a plan of a "lesson over so many days" would be frustrating.
