Hi I can only tell you our personal experience with Apologia has been encellent, both from my standpoint as the mom and my sons. We began with their General Science, which was one of the first 'textbook' subjects we did and it is quite an intimidating-looking textbook too. But my son, who was never a great science lover, ended up saying it was his favorite subject last year (we did their Chemistry)! Not only is it written from a creation perspective, but he also writes in a conversational manner, which makes it quite interesting to read. Make no mistake, it is challenging, it will take daily devotion to complete, but is sooo worth it! Blessings
