Why did they screw it to the plywood? The handle still hangs down too far & has to be on the edge of a counter.
 And can you tell by looking at these photos if the blades need to be changed out? Looks like she didn't clean them after last using it. And how do you get this blade out? It didn't come with any tools like an allen wrench.
 And the blade that wasn't screwed in.
