I have recently purchased a spine for teaching Canadian history that I love !!! It saves me so much work, and is written so that it incorporates world history at the same time. It is written by a Canadian Homeschooling mother. I highly recommend it. Take a look at We just began our study of Canadian History after finishing Story of the World 2 ( ends with explorers ) I can't say enough about this resource. As a Canadian lover of history, it has been hard to find and compile resources. She breaks everything down into readings which use resources for all age levels and takes so much of the work out of it for me!
