Subject:	I have a Canadian friend here in the US who is having trouble with the school district...

In our state, we are required to submit birth certificates along with other paperwork to be permitted to homeschool. It appears that what she has isn't good enough for the powers that be. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any ideas for what she can do? Thanks.
